For perfect transparency with our future buyers, we suggest you see what a Bengal MUST look like. Thus, we base ourselves on these illustrations for the choice of our breeders who each have qualities that they will transmit to their offspring, namely the physique of the head, the rounding of the ears or others. They are also chosen based on the character of the parents who often pass it on to their kittens.

"Arrhes" or "acompt"

"Arrhes" is a first payment on the purchase of goods.

It implies an obligation for the seller to supply the goods and a purchase obligation for the consumer.

Both parties are committed and may be ordered to pay damages if either party withdraws.

However, the contract may provide that the amount of the deposit will remain with the seller if the buyer renounces the sale.

"acompt deposit" is a sum paid in advance for the purchase of goods. The deposit does not force the consumer to buy.

On the other hand, they are lost if the consumer cancels his purchase.

The seller who does not supply the goods may be ordered to reimburse double the deposit paid.
